Introduction
Neodymium magnet is also called NdFeB magnet because it is in Nd2Fe14B tetragonal crystalline structure. According to processing procedures, it is either sintered NdFeB magnet or bonded NdFeB magnet. NdFeB magnet is the strongest type of permanent magnet made so far, it is known as the king of magnets and widely used in various fields. Although NdFeB magnets are always erosion-resistant, the sintered NIB magnets are prone to erosion. So, sintered NIB magnets have a protection cladding on their surface. This protection cladding may be zinc, nickel, nickel copper nickel, environment-friendly zinc, environment-friendly nickel, environment-friendly nickel copper nickel, etc.

Advantages of Neodymium Magnets
1. They are featured by high remanence, large coercivity, large magnetic energy product (10 times larger than ferrites), high cost performance, etc. Besides, it is easy to process these magnets into different shapes and sizes. They are wildly used in aviation field, aerospace field, electronic industry, electrical industry, mechanical industry, instrument manufacturing, etc.
2. Apart from NdFeB magnets in common shapes like square, cylinder, disc, sphere, etc., we also manufacture custom magnets according to special applications. With advanced facilities, our magnets, including sintered NdFeB magnets and bonded NIB magnets, are accurately processed. In terms of micro magnets processing, we have obvious advantages over other manufacturers.
3. Our magnets passed ISO9001, ISO14001, GB/T28001 and SGS.

Manufacturing Process of Neodymium Magnets
1. Mill the alloy of neodymium, iron, boron and transition metals into NdFeB powder, then compact the powder into desirable shape. Next, sinter the compacted powder and melt it until it becomes a solid metal item. Then, conduct finish machining on the metal item. There are two forms for pressing: die pressing and isostatic pressing.
2. Generally, NdFeB magnets, including sintered NdFeB magnet and bonded NdFeB magnet, have to be grinded with diamond-abrasive techniques. Standard tolerance for NdFeB magnets are +/- 0.1 mm, but it is requested to be higher in some specific applications.

Notes
1. Keep neodymium magnets away from people who are using cardiac pacemakers or other medical devices, because magnets may cause malfunction of medical devices, threatening life of these people.
2. Keep NIB magnets away from magnetic recording media and other devices sensitive to magnetism, such as magnetic card, hard disk drive, watch, etc.
3. Clean out magnets during installation, because magnetic chippings may arise when two magnets crash to each other.
4. Take care when using a bulky NdFeB magnet which is of strong magnetism, no matter it is sintered NdFeB magnet or bonded NIB magnet, because it can cause damage to machineries or hurt people.
